1. 适用范围
本政策适用于从 App Store 提供的 SeeBoth 1.0 及其后续公开版本。本政策所称“收集”是指开发者或开发者控制的系统从设备获取并可在设备之外继续访问相关数据。
2. 人脸数据
SeeBoth 1.1 提供可选的“人像跟随”和拍后编辑“人像居中”功能。开启“人像跟随”时，应用会使用 Apple Vision 在设备端实时检测相机画面中人脸的大致位置和范围；进入支持“人像居中”的拍后编辑器时，应用会对你正在编辑的照片或 Live Photo 关键帧进行一次同类检测。这些处理仅用于自动调整构图和画面裁切。
该功能只检测人脸边界矩形，不识别或验证个人身份，不使用 TrueDepth 数据、Face ID 数据、人脸关键点、面部几何、人脸模板、面部特征向量或其他生物识别标识。用户主动拍摄或在系统照片图库中浏览的照片和视频仍只作为媒体内容处理；SeeBoth 不会用它们识别个人或建立人脸档案。
- 本机使用：相机帧、检测到的人脸边界矩形和由此计算的构图坐标只在设备上处理。
- 收集、共享与披露：不向开发者或任何第三方发送、出售、共享或披露相机帧或人脸检测结果。
- 存储与保留：检测结果和构图坐标仅在功能运行或编辑期间短暂存在于内存，不写入本地文件、照片元数据或任何服务器，并在检测完成、关闭功能或结束编辑会话后丢弃。
- 删除：由于不持久保留人脸检测结果，没有需要申请删除的此类数据。你仍可随时删除照片或视频，详见第 6 节。
3. 相机与麦克风
SeeBoth 仅在你使用取景、拍照、Live Photo 或视频录制功能时访问相机。录制带声音的视频时，应用也会访问麦克风。相机帧和录音仅用于生成你主动创建的照片、Live Photo 或视频；开启“人像跟随”后，相机帧还会按第 2 节所述方式在本机用于实时构图。拍后“人像居中”只处理你正在编辑的照片或 Live Photo 关键帧。这些内容不会上传到开发者服务器。
4. 系统照片图库与媒体元数据
在你授权照片权限后，SeeBoth 可以将拍摄内容保存到系统照片图库，也可以展示图库中的近期照片和视频，供你查看、分享、收藏或删除。为显示图库信息，应用可能读取媒体缩略图或内容、创建日期、收藏状态以及照片中已有的位置元数据。
当照片包含位置元数据时，应用可能使用 Apple 提供的系统地理编码服务将坐标转换为可读的地点名称。地点名称仅用于界面显示和设备内存中的临时缓存，不会发送给开发者。如果你启用了 iCloud 照片，iOS 可能通过 Apple 的照片服务同步或获取媒体；该处理由你的 Apple 账户设置及 Apple 的政策管理。
5. 本地存储与保留
SeeBoth 的设置保存在设备本地。为了将一次双摄拍摄产生的媒体归为一组，应用会在本地 Application Support 目录保存一个最多包含 400 组记录的拍摄索引。该索引仅包含系统照片图库的本地资源标识符、拍摄日期和构图布局，不包含媒体文件、人脸数据或身份信息。较旧记录会自动移除；当应用确认相关媒体已不可用时，对应记录也会移除。
拍摄、导出或分享过程中可能产生设备本地临时文件；这些文件不会上传到开发者服务器，并由应用或操作系统清理。保存到系统照片图库的照片和视频会一直保留，直至你在 SeeBoth 或“照片”App 中删除；“最近删除”和 iCloud 的保留方式由 iOS、你的 Apple 账户设置及 Apple 的政策决定。
6. 删除和权限控制
你可以在 SeeBoth 的图库或系统“照片”App 中删除媒体，也可以在 iOS“设置”中撤销相机、麦克风或照片权限。卸载 SeeBoth 会删除应用本地设置、拍摄索引及应用容器中的临时数据，但不会删除已经保存到系统照片图库的媒体；这些媒体需要由你在“照片”App 中删除。
7. 分享与第三方
SeeBoth 不包含广告 SDK、第三方分析 SDK，也不向开发者服务器发送用户媒体或个人数据。只有当你主动点击分享时，iOS 才会打开系统分享菜单；你选择的目标应用或服务会按照其自身政策处理你选择的媒体。除你主动选择的分享目标、Apple 的系统照片/iCloud 服务及系统地理编码服务外，应用不会向第三方传输媒体或相关信息。
8. 账号、广告与追踪
SeeBoth 不要求账号，不收集姓名、电子邮件、联系人或广告标识符，不进行跨 App 或网站追踪，也不使用数据投放广告。照片中已有的位置元数据仅按第 4 节所述用于设备上的图库展示，不会提供给开发者。
9. 政策更新
如果应用的数据处理方式发生变化，我们会在此页面更新政策和生效日期，并在适用时通过应用或 App Store 信息告知用户。

SeeBoth Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 17, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to SeeBoth 1.0 and later public versions distributed through the App Store. In this policy, “collect” means transmitting data off the device in a way that allows the developer or a developer-controlled system to access it beyond the time necessary to service a request.
2. Face Data
SeeBoth 1.1 offers optional Face Follow and post-capture Center Face features. When Face Follow is enabled, the app uses Apple Vision on the device to detect the approximate position and bounds of faces in live camera frames. When you open the post-capture editor for supported media, the app performs the same kind of one-time detection on the photo or Live Photo key frame you are editing so Center Face can be offered when applicable. This processing is used solely to adjust framing and cropping.
The feature detects face bounding rectangles only. It does not identify or authenticate anyone and does not use TrueDepth data, Face ID data, facial landmarks, face geometry, facial templates, facial embeddings, or other biometric identifiers. Photos and videos you capture or view in the system Photos library continue to be handled only as media content; SeeBoth does not use them to identify an individual or create a face profile.
- On-device use: Camera frames, detected face bounding rectangles, and the framing coordinates calculated from them are processed only on the device.
- Collection, sharing, and disclosure: Camera frames and face-detection results are not sent, sold, shared, or disclosed to the developer or any third party.
- Storage and retention: Detection results and framing coordinates exist briefly in memory while the feature operates or an edit is in progress. They are not written to local files, photo metadata, or any server and are discarded after detection completes, the feature is turned off, or the editing session ends.
- Deletion: Because face-detection results are not persistently retained, there is no such data for you to request deletion of. You may still delete your photos or videos at any time as described in Section 6.
3. Camera and Microphone
SeeBoth accesses the camera only when you use the viewfinder, photo, Live Photo, or video-recording features. It also accesses the microphone when recording video with sound. Camera frames and audio are used only to create the photos, Live Photos, or videos you intentionally capture; when Face Follow is enabled, camera frames are also used on the device for real-time framing as described in Section 2. Post-capture Center Face processes only the photo or Live Photo key frame you are actively editing. This content is not uploaded to developer servers.
4. System Photos Library and Media Metadata
After you grant Photos permission, SeeBoth can save captures to the system Photos library and display recent photos and videos so that you can view, share, favorite, or delete them. To present library information, the app may read media thumbnails or content, creation dates, favorite status, and location metadata already attached to a photo.
When a photo contains location metadata, the app may use Apple's system geocoding service to convert coordinates into a readable place name. The place name is used only for display and a temporary in-memory cache and is not sent to the developer. If you enable iCloud Photos, iOS may sync or retrieve media through Apple's Photos services; that processing is governed by your Apple account settings and Apple's policies.
5. Local Storage and Retention
SeeBoth preferences are stored locally on the device. To group media produced by one dual-camera capture, the app stores a capture index of up to 400 groups in its local Application Support directory. The index contains only local Photos asset identifiers, capture dates, and composition layouts; it does not contain media files, face data, or identity information. Older entries are pruned automatically, and entries are removed when the app confirms their related media is no longer available.
Temporary on-device files may be created during capture, export, or sharing. They are not uploaded to developer servers and are removed by the app or operating system. Photos and videos saved to the system Photos library remain there until you delete them in SeeBoth or the Photos app. Retention in Recently Deleted and iCloud is controlled by iOS, your Apple account settings, and Apple's policies.
6. Deletion and Permission Controls
You can delete media in SeeBoth's gallery or the system Photos app and can revoke Camera, Microphone, or Photos access in iOS Settings. Uninstalling SeeBoth removes its local preferences, capture index, and temporary data in the app container, but does not delete media already saved in the system Photos library; you can delete that media in the Photos app.
7. Sharing and Third Parties
SeeBoth contains no advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs and does not send user media or personal data to developer servers. The iOS share sheet opens only when you choose to share; the destination app or service you select handles the selected media under its own policy. Apart from destinations you intentionally select, Apple's system Photos/iCloud services, and Apple's system geocoding service, the app does not transmit media or related information to third parties.
8. Accounts, Advertising, and Tracking
SeeBoth does not require an account; collect names, email addresses, contacts, or advertising identifiers; track users across apps or websites; or use data for advertising. Existing location metadata in a photo is used only for the on-device gallery display described in Section 4 and is not made available to the developer.
9. Changes to This Policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date and, when appropriate, notify users through the app or App Store information.
